Algebra 2
Algebra 2 is the third course in the regular mathematics sequence. It follows the benchmarks and standards of the Michigan Merit Curriculum. There will be an emphasis on enhancing algebra skills while adding depth to problem-solving and
the modeling of real-world problems. The course content will include a rigorous approach to solving, graphing, and writing quadratic, rational, exponential, and trigonometric functions. After successful completion of this course students are required to complete a fourth credit of mathematics (or its equivalent) during the senior year.
